ATA 25 covers the cabin interior: seats and restraints, galleys, lavatories, cargo compartment linings and cargo-restraint systems, and the general furnishings — all certified for strength, flammability and crashworthiness (e.g. 16 g seats).
EMERGENCY equipment lives here too: escape slides and slide/rafts, life rafts and life jackets, portable oxygen and fire extinguishers, first-aid and emergency medical kits, megaphones and flashlights.
The EMERGENCY LOCATOR TRANSMITTER (ELT) transmits a distress signal on 406 MHz (with 121.5 MHz homing) to satellites for search and rescue, activated automatically by impact g or manually.
Cargo systems include the floor rollers/locks and nets/straps that restrain loads against flight and crash loads; loading limits protect the floor and CG.
Floor proximity emergency escape-path lighting guides occupants to exits in smoke.

What is the purpose and modern operating frequency of an ELT?
An Emergency Locator Transmitter automatically broadcasts a distress signal after a crash (or when switched on manually) so search-and-rescue can locate the aircraft. Modern ELTs transmit a digital signal on 406 MHz, received by the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system and often encoding the aircraft identity and (with GPS) position, plus a 121.5 MHz signal for final homing.
